Henry Angus Building

The Henry Angus redevelopment included the creation of a new facilty to house the Sauder School of Business and its graduate programs, a dedicated undergraduate centre and the addition of 55,000 square feet to the existing Henry Angus Building.

Tapestry Commercial

It consists of rental homes, condominium homes, and retail units. Retail units in Wesbrook Village are owned by UBC Properties. These include Wesbrook Village Dental Centre, ShareTea, Poke by Ryuu, InsureBC, and Vancity Credit Union. We carefully select retailers to ensure all offerings in the neighbourhood are balanced and meet the needs of community residents.

Arts and Science Centre

Since UBC Okanagan was established in July 2005, construction has been completed on the Arts and Sciences 3rd-floor expansion projects. Further space was required to accommodate the anticipated number of arts and science students. The Arts & Science Building was added to complete the creation of the science precinct.

School of Population and Public Health

This new outdoor space will take advantage of the southwest orientation and animates this section of East Mall, improves access to the building from East Mall and Hospital Lane and enhances the visibility and identity of SPPH to attract the best staff, faculty and students.

University Centre & Meekison Centre

It serves a student population of 7,000 undergraduate and 500 graduate students. Granite Terrace 2

Granite Terrace 2 is a commercial space located at the entry point to Wesbrook Village on West 16th and Wesbrook Mall. It is a three-storey building with a 4,500 square-foot commercial space housing RBC at grade and office use on the second and third floors.

Granite Terrace 1

It is a four-storey building comprised of a 32,000 square foot Save On Foods at grade and three storeys of 1- to 3-bedroom two-level homes above. The site also includes surface parking to the south of the Save On Foods building and underground parking.
