Transformational research to find innovative solutions to the world’s biggest challenges requires remarkable academic spaces to match. We project manage institutional development at UBC Point Grey and Kelowna valued at over $2 million to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. UBC Properties has project managed 8.6 million square feet of institutional spaces to date.

While homes and people are the foundation of a neighbourhood, it’s the landscape, amenities, accessibility, features, upgrades, and additions that make it a desirable place to live and learn. We build these, too.
