Azalea House
In 2001, UBC Properties Trust constructed Phase 1 (Azalea House & Sumac House) of faculty & staff rental housing in mid-campus.
Located in the neighbourhood of Hawthorn Place, at the corner of West Mall and Hawthorn Lane, Azalea House has 11 beautiful brick-clad 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The larger 3 bedroom houses also feature a backyard patio and personal driveway.
