Place Vanier was the very first student residence at UBC, built in 1960.

We worked with UBC Student Housing and Community Services in the planning and construction of two student housing buildings within the Place Vanier complex. Korea House and Tec de Monterrey added a combined 385 units to bring the total units at Place Vanier to 1422 across 12 buildings.
