The Nest: AMS Student Union Building
The Student Union Building (SUB) is the heart of student life on campus and an integrated part of the University Boulevard plan.
The building houses AMS administration office, meeting and social club rooms, retail food services, an art gallery, an auditorium, a climbing wall, assembly, rooftop terrace, and commercial ventures.
Sustainability was a major factor when constructing The Nest, achieved through passive air conditioning, insulation, greywater recycle, and rainwater collection.
