Arts Student Centre at Brock Commons

In 2012, the Arts Undergraduate Society envisioned a multipurpose community space for Arts students to gather — a vision nearly 10 years in the making. UBC Properties stepped in as the project manager to help bring the vision to life.

Nechako Residence & Commons

The facility also includes a commons block component which includes a 500-seat dining hall with central kitchen, access for students living in residence to social amenities and study space and Student Housing and Conferences front desk for both resident students and seasonal hotel check-in.

Skeena Residence

The Skeena Residence is a 220-bed student residence constructed to meet this need, and UBC Properties Trust was the project manager. Each unit has two single bedrooms that share a bathroom along with house lounges, informal study space, activity room and laundry facilities. There are also two cityhomes included for visiting faculty and staff.

Exchange Residences

The transit exchange was originally planned to be a standalone project, but due to cost and neighbourhood impacts, we worked with UBC and Translink to bring forward a solution which combined student residence with transit exchange. Chan Gunn Pavilion or Sports Medicine Centre

This facility has replaced the Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Centre. The Sports Medicine Centre was developed in two phases: Phase 1 includes offices, clinical facilities, and required clinical support space. Phase 2 included research labs, further offices and further clinical facilities.
