Focal
Focal is the second residential and commercial building on University Boulevard at the university’s core just west of Wesbrook Mall, immediately south of War Memorial Gym.
This 6-storey building with 90 apartments consists of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. These are available exclusively to students, faculty, and staff at UBC.
Focal is also home to Brown’s Crafthouse, Sesame, Kinton Ramen, Body Energy Club, Telus and 123Dental.
